I’m Will

I’m a content designer and strategist based in San Diego. I came to product work by way of journalism, writing, and a curiosity about how people make sense of complicated things. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across content, product, and technology, including more than eight years at Mailchimp and Intuit, helping turn complex systems into experiences that feel clearer, more useful, and more human.

These days, I work in the places where words become part of the product itself: conversational AI, knowledge systems, content architecture, and the invisible decisions that shape how something feels to use. I will always think like a writer, but I work like a journalist — uncovering the pieces and asking what people need, what gets in their way, and how the whole thing can make more sense.
