I’m Will

I’m a content designer and strategist based in San Diego. I came to tech by way of journalism with a curiosity about how people make sense of complicated things. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across content and technology, including more than eight years at Mailchimp and Intuit, helping turn complex systems into experiences that feel clearer, more useful, and more human.

These days, I spend my time where words become part of the product itself: conversational AI, content architecture, and the choices that shape how something feels to use. I will always think like a writer. I will always work like a journalist. I will always try to uncover the pieces and ask what people need, what gets in their way, and how the whole thing can make more sense.
