Will Greer
Bass

Will Greer's musical journey began at age six, when his parents forced him to spend his free time practicing the acoustic guitar.  To exact his revenge, he moved to the cello, requiring his parents to buy him yet another expensive instrument which he eventually sold to pay rent in college.  Will then managed to pick up the acoustic and electric bass as well, and the bass eventually became his primary musical voice. Will's parents, who learn quickly, made him buy his own basses.

During college at the University of Texas in Austin, Will studied as a jazz performance major with a focus on bass.  He played actively in the jazz, alternative, and theater scenes in Austin for several years.  Will now lives and plays in Denver, trying to channel the karma of Mark King, John Patitucci, Gary Willis, and Kai Eckhardt, while offending the fewest possible listeners.

Will has played with such notable artists and groups as The University of Texas Jazz Orchestra, Maynard Ferguson, Denis DiBlasio, Rick Trevino, Extreme Heat, Amanda McBroom, Steve Barton, Jerry Jeff Walker, Joe Sears and Jaston Williams.  He is currently the bass player for the Denver-based funk-rock band Fina Dupa.
